They create their beat style and just change a few things here and there. I began to realize, this is what all the pros do in the industry. I finally figured a quick way to make beats in under 15 minutes. All it takes is a little change here and there and I can create songs like those on the radio. Out of the cloud of misunderstanding, I found my way to create a system which can make beats in minutes. We have no idea how to make good music but we love creating whatever we can come up with.
Starting out can be extremely daunting and freeing at the same time. Not knowing at the time this would all hinder me from achieving any good results. The drums were from trance genres and electronic dance but I would be glad to use them in a hip hop beat. I would go on crafting a weird composition until I was left with what seemed like two beats in one.Įvery session was full of creative musical ideas and abstract approaches to electronic music but at some point, my melodies would clash with the beat. Then, I would start the drum sequence using weird patterns that had nothing to do with hip hop. I began scrolling through the many factory sounds, gathering random synths that had nothing to do with the genre of music I was creating. Hearing the intro bleep excited me to no end because I knew there were millions of ideas I could create in the studio.
When I first started music production in FL Studio, it was amazing.
